What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit the contact form on this website. The form collects:

• ―Your message

Apart from the spam-protection check described below, we do not collect data through any other mechanism on this website.

How we process your data

Contact form submissions are transmitted via AWS Simple Email Service (SES) and delivered to the founders' email inboxes. Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or pass your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

To protect the contact form from automated spam, the contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile, operated by Cloudflare, Inc., as a service provider. It runs a short check in your browser. Your browser sends signals about itself and its connection, including your IP address, directly to Cloudflare, which returns a pass or fail result that we verify (our servers do not pass your IP address to Cloudflare). Cloudflare may process this data outside the UK and EEA. This happens only on the contact page and only for spam prevention; we do not send your name, email address or message to Cloudflare, and no decision about you is made by automated means beyond whether the form is accepted. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you have initiated.

Analytics

This website uses PostHog for usage analytics, configured in cookieless mode. No tracking cookies are set. PostHog processes data in the EU. Analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

No cookies are set on this website. On the contact page only, the spam-protection check described above runs in a frame served by Cloudflare, which may keep a small value in your browser's local storage for that frame; it is not shared with us.

Error tracking

This website uses Sentry for error monitoring. Sentry collects technical error data (stack traces, browser version, page URL) when a JavaScript error occurs. Sentry does not collect personally identifiable information.

Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained in the founders' inboxes for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship. If you would like your data deleted, please emailprivacy@strathberg.com and we will action your request within 30 days.

Technical logs of contact form activity, which include the IP address of the sender, are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
