Data controller
Strathberg Limited, registered in England and Wales. The data controller for personal data collected through this website is Strathberg Limited. For data-related enquiries, contact privacy@strathberg.com .
What data we collect
We collect personal data only when you submit the contact form on this website. The form collects:
- Your name
- Your organisation (optional)
- Your email address
- Your message
We do not collect data through any other mechanism on this website.
How we process your data
Contact form submissions are transmitted via AWS Simple Email Service (SES) and delivered to the founders' email inboxes. Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or pass your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
To help us route and prioritise enquiries and filter spam, the content of your submission is processed by an automated system that includes an AI model operated by Anthropic, acting as our processor. This supports triage only — every enquiry is read and actioned by one of the founders, and no decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means. Submission content sent to the AI model is not used to train it.
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you have initiated.

This website uses Sentry for error monitoring. Sentry collects technical error data (stack traces, browser version, page URL) when a JavaScript error occurs. Sentry does not collect personally identifiable information.
Data retention
Enquiry emails are retained in the founders' inboxes for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship. If you would like your data deleted, please email privacy@strathberg.com and we will action your request within 30 days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@strathberg.com .
